Booking Information

Rates are for indicated people per room and include all NZ taxes. $ 25 per extra person. Tariff valid until 31st December 2010 . Prices may be subject to seasonal changes.

Special conditions apply during public holidays, annual events in Hawke's Bay and other busy times throughout the year.

We welcome your arrival from 1pm and check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.

Cancellation & Conditions of Booking:

All reservations are accepted in good faith. We reserve the right to reconsider the availability of a current booking, should you choose to reduce the length of stay.

If you choose to cancel, this must be done a minimum of 48 hours before your arrival date or the first night's accommodation may be charged to the credit card number supplied to secure the booking. Likewise, if you don't turn up, the cost of the first night's accommodation will be charged to this credit card.

If a deposit has been paid this is fully refundable, less a 10% administration fee, providing cancellation is 48 hours before arrival. If cancellation is less than 48 hours (or if you don't turn up) the deposit will go towards the cost of the first night's accommodation.

This policy is approved by the MANZ. Please advise us without delay if you do not agree or have any questions with regard to this policy.
